一味要求紓困 希臘人稅務負擔 卻大幅低於歐盟平均水準

歐洲央行總裁德拉吉在周一發布寫給一位希臘國會議員的信中指出，儘管近幾年已見上升，但希臘的稅務負擔仍大幅低於歐洲平均水準。

「儘管近幾年有所增加，但2013年，希臘人繳稅佔GDP比例(包括社會安全費用)為34.2%，仍大幅低於歐洲地區與歐盟28國的平均水準，」德拉吉在1月15日致歐洲國會議員Kostas Chrysogonos的信件中寫到。

Chrysogonos先生為Syriza黨黨員。

希臘極左派政黨Syriza於周日贏得全國大選後幾小時，歐洲央行發布了這封信件。Syriza黨勝選，是因希臘人對近幾年國際債權機構強加諸於希臘的撙節措施，大感不滿所導致。

在信件中，德拉吉為歐洲央行，歐盟與國際貨幣基金(IMF)在監督希臘紓困行動的角色，提出了辯護。

「三大貸款機構提供的建議，目的在為紓困國家達成健康的公共財政，金融穩定，競爭力，與健全的經濟政策，並藉此創造出持續成長並能創造就業的環境，」德拉吉寫道。
