為什麼要再打確認碼?

請教大大最近因申請新的yahoo帳號,可不知為什麼回答都要再打個確認碼?以前都不用啊,很煩又申請一個,還是一樣,而且每次回答都是第一次回答,有大大知道是什麼狀況嗎?還是一個人有限制申請幾個嗎?
