Google：台灣遊戲市場潛力大

（中央社記者羅秀文台北28日電）台北國際電玩展今天登場，Google全球副總裁暨Google Play亞太區負責人耶爾加(Chris Yerga)指出，台灣是Google Play全球前5大市場，手機滲透率高，看好台灣遊戲市場發展。

2015台北國際電玩展(Taipei Game Show)今天在世貿一館登場，「亞太遊戲高峰會（AsiaPacific GameSummit, APGS）」同步舉行，耶爾加應邀出席演講「Google Play為台灣帶來的無限商機」，並分享GooglePlay發展現況。

耶爾加說，Android在過去6年成長快速，全球有超過10億台Android裝置，遍及190個國家，每天有150萬台裝置被啟用，疊起來會超過20座台北101，蘊含龐大商機。

他表示，全球有78%的智慧型手機及62%的平板使用Android平台，其中有86% Android裝置使用Android4.0以上版本，Android成為推動Google Play遊戲的重要推手。

耶爾加說，以營收來看，台灣和日本、美國、韓國同時名列Google Play全球前5大市場，主要是台灣智慧型手機滲透率高，且台灣人每天平均使用智慧型手機上網的時間達197分鐘，居全球之冠，帶動Google Play在台灣蓬勃發展。

他指出，當遊戲的平台已經逐漸由桌機轉移到手機，台灣因智慧型手機的高滲透率，成為行動遊戲的潛力領導市場，這是台灣將遊戲產業推廣到國際的重要時機。1040128
