在普吉機車亂停被鎖車開單

因為看到有幾台機車停在卡隆沙灘邊的走道那邊
就跟著停...玩得很開心要回家後發現被鎖車
想了解一下這張罰單是哪裡開出來的??
因為我們去到警察局後警察說不是他們開的
然後要我們到前面一點一個小小的辦公處
小小的裡面只有兩個人不像政府機構
然後說要罰一千AND說其他地方罰五千
因為理虧就付錢了事了.可是後面簽署的單子並沒有用到護照號碼
只是簽名...簽了英文名字這樣沒留護照號碼OR其他資訊
這篇文章並不是抱怨.也沒要爭啥...只是想了解一下這是政府開的嗎??
AND提醒大家不要亂停車啊.....看到有機車就停好像也蠻蠢的XD
