「夢饗米其林」百年餐館日湧2000客

美食紀錄片「夢饗米其林」除介紹世界頂級的米其林三星級餐廳外，還有160年悠久歷史、以美式料理聞名的「布萊巴克鄉村餐館」（Breitbach's Country Dining）。這家鄉村餐廳的炸雞與蘋果派帶有濃郁家鄉味與感情，每逢周末或特殊節日，一天湧入2千名顧客，甚至有人願意等上三個小時，只為一嘗遠近馳名的料理。

「布萊巴克鄉村餐館」自1852年美國西部拓荒時便營業至今，比餐館所在地鮑爾頓鎮（Bal town）歷史更久。老闆麥可布萊巴克（Mike Breitbach）為讓客人有「家」的感覺，大方將餐廳當作鄰居們的「活動中心」。有些熟客更有餐廳鑰匙，一早就會去煮咖啡，廚藝好一點的客人還會先幫別人做早餐，氣氛溫馨，老闆麥可空閒時也會幫左鄰右舍做家務、送便當。不過這間餐廳曾兩度慘遭祝融，房子付之一炬，但都在社區居民力挺下重新開張，老闆愈挫愈勇，鄰里的關係也更緊密。
