台灣養房負擔稅負　竟比養車還要少

你知道在台灣，養房稅負比養車還輕嗎？

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，中央研究院昨提出《賦稅改革政策建議書》，內容指出，北市市價2千萬元的房屋，每年地價稅加房屋稅大約只要2萬，實質稅率僅千分之一，但民眾擁有1輛市價約1百萬的2千5百cc的汽車，每年就需繳22410元汽燃費與牌照片，比市價2千萬的房子持有稅還要多。（胡治言／綜合報導）
