根據人力銀行所做的一項「上班族瘋選舉」調查發現，上班族對選舉的平均熱衷程度為66分，落在「熱衷」的區間，其中，男性熱衷的程度高過女性，中高齡上班族又略高於年輕族群，調查也顯示，今年有近7成(69.6%)的受訪上班族表示有意前往投票。

為了解上班族熱衷選舉現況，1111人力銀行特別設計「上班族瘋選舉」調查，調查時間自10月24日到11月7日，針對會員隨機發送電子問卷至會員EMAIL，進行網路問卷調查，有效樣本數為1,089份，信心水準95%，誤差值±2.96%。

1111人力銀行公關總監李大華表示，隨著社會進步及民主開放，公民意識抬頭，愈來愈多國人主動參與公民運動，使得今年堪稱台灣史上最大規模的九合一選舉，成為眾所矚目的焦點，也燃起民眾心中的「選舉魂」，熱衷程度自然不在話下。

至於不會去投票的受訪者，則多表示「沒有理想的候選人」(35%)、「以行動表示對現況的不滿」(33.3%)、「人在外地不便返鄉投票」(26.7%)。
