陸最高人民檢察院 批捕周永康

中共最高人民檢察院表示，經審查決定，依法對周永康涉嫌犯罪立案偵查並予以逮捕。

中共中央政治局五日審議並通過中共中央紀律檢查委員會「關於周永康案嚴重違紀案的審查報告」。報告稱，經查，周永康嚴重違反黨的紀律，收受巨額賄賂，洩露黨和國家機密，與多名女性通姦。中共中央予以開除黨籍處分，最高人民檢察院依法對周永康涉嫌犯罪立案偵查並予以逮捕。
