印度拚經濟 環保法規大鬆綁

紐約時報報導，印度新任總理莫迪的政府為了拚經濟，正以飛快速度將環保法規鬆綁，負責檢視環境法規並提出修改建議的的委員會更在上周指出，為了減少公文往返，加快開發案的核准速度，應取消政府審核機制，讓業者自行揭露汙染程度，並自行落實環保措施，這就是「最大善意原則」。環保人士憂心，這會讓印度的環保規範消失殆盡。
